A BESPOKE Combination OF TECHNOLOGIES TO SUIT MOST shopping centre CAR PARKS
FLEXIBLE SHOPPING CENTRE PARKING MANAGEMENT
Ticketless Licence Plate Recognition (TLPR) reduces congestion and queuing at entry as vehicles are no longer required to stop at the entry station to be issued with an entry ticket.
Licence Plate Cameras capture an image of the vehicle’s registration at both entry and exit, ensuring each matched licence plate has a total of 2 hours free parking available each day. Casual parkers who were previously abusing the free parking period by exiting and re-entering the car park will now be charged once the vehicle licence plate has exceeded the 2 hour free parking period.
Free grace Period can be easily achieved with the LPR system, which accurately calculates the duration of stay for each matched vehicle. This allows for the automatic raising of the boom gate for vehicles that are within the 2 hours free period.
USER GROUPS
Casual patrons can be provided with 2 hours free parking after which they will be charged in accordance with the car park fee structure.
Registered Staff Members have their licence plates stored into the LPR’s operating system. Upon entry or exit, the LPR system will recognise the licence plate associated with the proximity card and raise the boom gate.
