ENTRY OPERATION

This Entry Station is designed to be unattended and self operating.
Driver stops in front of the entry station and presses ticket request button.
The electronics determines if a vehicle is present. If yes, a barcoded parking entry ticket is printed with the present time and date, plus car park and station ID.
The ticket is then partially dispensed for driver to collect.
When the driver pulls out the ticket, the electronics sends a signal to the boom gate to raise its boom.
When electronics detects that the driver has driven into the car park, it sends a signal to lower the boom.
If electronics detects vehicle backing out away from the station before the ticket is removed, that ticket is retracted back, cancelled and dropped into the internal reject bin.
If electronics detects vehicle backing out away from the station after the ticket is removed, that ticket is cancelled and cannot be used at the pay stations.
Drivers can use Credit card for ticket-less access
This Exit Station is designed to be unattended and self operating.
Driver stops in front of the exit station and inserts the entry/Exit barcoded ticket into the assigned slot which if paid at the APS is then discarded into a stainless steel bin on the column or taken away by the driver
If the barcode ticket is unpaid or has expired its grace period, a parking fee payment can bee made via the use of the drivers credit card.
Driver pays the fee amount displayed on the LCD screen after inserting entry ticket by then inserting their credit card into the same slot as the exit/entry ticket.
A printed receipt is issued confi rming payment within 4 secs Real-time on line credit card payment and credit card is returned.
When electronics detects that the driver has driven out of the car park, it sends a signal to lower the boom.
If payment has not been made, driver activates intercom for attendant action
